- Multi-System Organ Dysfunction
- Cardiac Arrest, including Therapeutic Temperature Management
- Critical Condition(s) with Underlying Psychiatric Component
- Respiratory Failure
- Hepato-Renal Disease
- Acute Kidney Failure requiring Renal Replacement Therapy
- CVA w/ post-thrombolytic therapy and/or mechanical thrombectomy
