Small firm based out of San Diego is looking for an attorney to assist on caseloads in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. This would be a remote position with some days of travel to the San Diego office needed. Firm is ideally looking for someone with over 7 years of experience and ability to handle own cases with minimal supervision.
The firm specializes in personal injury defense/construction defect, and would like to see a blend of both practices on resumes.
Participate in creating case strategy in the best interest of the client.
Represent clients by appearing in court, depositions, negotiations, etc.
Drafting and preparation of motions, memos and additional legal documents.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Must be admitted and in good standing with California Bar.
Must have a JD and good credentials from a top law school.
Any trial experience, including moot court is highly preferred.
In addition to base salary, firm offers a quarterly bonus program built around billable hours, adding for increased income potential.
