Position Summary

The Report Generation Associate organizes all ReportProduction ready jobs. Processes reports/CDsand requests QC to ensure error reports are closed quickly for all the labs. Push and run through all assignments to getjobs done smoothly and sent out on time or even early. Processes data challengesand revisions, reissues all work that clients/ validator requests. Communicates withclient services and labs to make sure all jobs are completed quickly andsmoothly. Provide special requests from validator/clients such as special EDDs,CDs or extra copies. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Check the jobs in LIMS through report production
  • Edit LIMS data verifying content of report and confirmationthat client analytical data appears
  • Proofread case narratives for completion and accuratedescriptive user-friendly information
  • Generate report and check all the data or transfer andapprove before the job is officially closed
  • Provides update status and tracking data to help projectmanagement to get rush jobs closed
  • Create CDROM and printed hard copies or bound report for theclient with their end data
  • Scan lab prep log for system filling andorganization record keeping system
  • Mail out all the hard copies, CDROMs,forms, and invoices at the end of the day
  • Help with re-issued jobs
  • Organize all RP ready jobs for on time completion
  • Processes reports/CDs and resolves error reports for all the labs

Job requirements
Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor'sdegree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
LANGUAGE/MATH/REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to writeroutine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groupsof customers or employees of organization.
  • Abilityto work with mathematical concept such as probability and statisticalinference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, andproportions to practical situations.
  • Abilityto solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables insituations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret avariety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Proficient personal computer skillsincluding electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, wordprocessing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
