Job description

The Sales/Service Technician provides clerical and technical support for the optimum operation of the sales of the medical alert devices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact patients to confirm equipment is working correctly and account information is correct
  • Troubleshoot and help with product installation via telephone
  • Follow up on daily troubleshooting and customer retention reports
  • Program and ship units out daily
  • Clean and sanitize returned units to be repackaged
  • Monthly inventory and product demo tracking


  • Basic typing, clerical, and data entry skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and other programs required
  • Basic phone skills required
  • Technical equipment skills preferred
  • Attention to detail required

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
