Customer Service/Inside sales representative needed for one of Fresno's premier international agricultural groups!
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting the Sales Department with customer accounts, customer communication, and creating/entering job orders. Job orders are to be managed from creation to completion with continuous follow through with all departments. CSRs must be self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
What the Customer Service Representative does:
Provide customer service to new and current clients by either hand-off from Sales Department or incoming requests via email or phone.
Review with customers the capabilities and requirements needed for a successful job.
Verify job needs and details with Sales and Operations.
Confer with customer throughout process to keep them informed of the status of the order, request additional information if needed and/or coordinate changes to job.
Assist Sales and/or customers with process by supplying estimates and determining how to efficiently complete a job.
Tracking of orders and heavy data entry
What the Customer Service Representative needs to succeed:
-Excellent customer service and computer skills, experience with Famous software is a plus
-Experience in agriculture, preferably produce
-2 to 3 years of experience in a business to business customer service or inside sales role
-Excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
-Ability to work heavy overtime during harvest season, including weekends.
-Ability to speak Japanese is a plus!
