Founded in 1960, this company quickly transitioned from supplying books on a local stage, to a national one, and now sell and distribute over 25,000 titles from both domestic and foreign publishers. The ideal candidate for this position will utilize their communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer requests in both English and Spanish. In addition to helping resolve customer issues, in this position you will also be entering, reviewing, and tracking orders, communicating with publishers and customers on order updates, and creating/updating sales and customer tracking reports.
