Job description
We are seeking a Sales Support & Order Entry Specialist for an international,  manufacturing company! This is a direct hire opportunity with full COMPANY PAID benefits including medical/dental/life insurance + 401K + educational assistance and much MORE.

Job duties include:
-Process customer orders (75%), work orders, returns, etc
-Issuing price quotes to customers
-Ensure sales orders are accurate and complete by checking for any discrepancies in order quantities and pricing
-Update team members and customers on product inventory
-Assisting with invoicing as needed
-Provide tradeshow support
-Communicate customer order fluctuations to the purchasing team
-Set up new customer account and credit statuses
-Must be comfortable with answering some customer calls and keeping open communications with multiple departments within the company
-Hours: 8AM-5PM M-F
-Starting pay: $19-21/hr

-1 year of order entry experience
-Must have excellent attention to detail and a very high degree of accuracy
-SAP/ERP experience is highly preferred
