We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator with routing experience for one of our prominent clients located in Jessup, MD. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with tremendous growth potential.
In this position you will be responsible for calling upon existing customers to schedule routine and specialized maintenance requests. You will also be responsible for coordinating the schedules of multiple technicians.
Additional responsibilities include:
*Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls
*Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars
*Putting together necessary paperwork for both customers and technicians
*Drafting routine memos, billing, or other reports
Successful candidates for this Scheduling Coordinator role have a keen attention to detail, a high level of organizational skills, and are able to handle complex responsibilities.
Additional requirements of the Scheduling Coordinator role include:
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*2 to 3 years' experience in an administrative assistant role
*Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
This position will pay based upon experience, but a qualified candidate can expect a pay rate of $16-$19/hour.
