Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
Analyze budgeting and accounting reports.
Research, coordinate, and process funding documents for all Spanish requirements.
Maintain various banking, funding, obligation and expenditure reports.
Maintain status of budget program elements.
Track United States Treasury deposits and NAVAIR funding documents for each project unit and maintain report of available balances.
Track NAVAIR funding execution and documentation, research outstanding commitments, and research and correct ERP posting problems.
Perform invoice-to-obligation reconciliation and process vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements.
Track Joint Program Office annual cost offsets.
Verify offtake formulas on all multi-national funding.
Track spare parts and support equipment requirements, funding, payments and deliveries.
Produce, log, and track bank letters.
Produce and maintain a log of Allied NAVAIR funding documents.
Track and maintain log and file of cashier’s checks.
Interface with banks regarding bank letters and cashier’s checks.
Maintain document files.
Assist the Government in monitoring contractor technical progress, comparing actual versus planned, and recommending alternative or work-around procedures.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma or GED plus 20 years of experience, an Associate's degree plus 18 years, a Bachelor's degree plus 14 years or a Master's degree plus 10 years of experience is required.
Active Secret security clearance.
Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the given program.
