DCS Corporation is seeking a talented Sr. level Electrical Engineer to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Support Electronic Warfare system improvements and follow-on enhancements to aircraft test systems components and the development of aircraft Electronic Warfare (EW) and defensive systems, including radar systems.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists by attending select meetings; participating in Industry working group meetings, and preparing/presenting strategy briefings.
Prepare reports and briefings, present final reports to review boards and results briefings to leadership.
Support working groups, technical reviews, and other group activities, such as PMRs, PDRs, and CDRs.
Attend program meetings and make recommendations on technical and functional process matters and decisions.
Prepare and present technical status briefings documenting progress, accomplishments, and potential problem areas or deficiencies, potential schedule setbacks and solutions.
Recommend COIs and program objectives; develop proposed designs, methods, and scenarios; recommend requirements; and propose program schedules.
Develop Project Management directives, operational requirement documents, and other program documents.
Develop and update threat databases using EWIR tools.
Plan, conduct, and report Performance Characterization Assessments.
Design and use computer-based tools for system para-metrics for analyses.
Develop and use software simulations and EW laboratory facilities to verify and validate prior to fielding.
Document critical Issues, Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance.
Develop test systems instrumentation and data management and analysis plans.
Design MDO configurations.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering plus 8 years of experience.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance within 6-9 months of hire.
Electronic Warfare Systems and MatLab experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present analytical data and test results to senior Leadership.
Strong writing and communication skills demonstrated in the preparation and delivery of technical documentation and reports associated with acquisition programs.
Experience in Radar systems architecture.
Signal processing analysis.
