Job description
Ledgent Technology is seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer to be an integral part of an Engineering and Architecture team in Orlando, Florida.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

This position requires 100% on-site work in Orlando. Non-local candidates are welcome to apply; however, relocation assistance is not provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical lead on the following technologies:

* Microsoft SME Engineer
o Administrator for Domain Controllers, DHCP & DNS.


* VMware Administrator
o Evaluate VMware metrics and proactively identify any significant hardware, software or network failures.
o Troubleshoot service issues including outages, anomalous behavior, and slow response class of problems.
o Upgrade when necessary.
o Interact with backup team to keep the environment with backup consistency.

* Active Directory Administrator
o Keep a clean & healthy AD environment.
o Ensure security compliance for all Microsoft Windows server based systems to include STIG and IAVM compliance.
o Maintain healthy AD Sites and Services.
o Maintain GPOs in line with the business needs.
o Troubleshoot service issues including outages, anomalous behavior, and slow response class of problems.
o Upgrade when necessary.

* Administrator for Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
o Federation (and its maintenance) with several SaaS's (Workday, Service-Now, Office 365, etc.).

* Administrator for Netwrix.
* Administrator for Solarwinds

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced Windows Engineering experience.
* 4+ years of experience as VMware Administrator
* 4+ years of experience as Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Administrator
* 4+ years of experience Microsoft Active Directory Administrator
* 4+ years of experience as Global ADFS Administrator
* Computer Systems Engineer bachelor's degree preferred
* 4+ years of experience working with Domain Controllers, DHCP & DNS configurations
* Knowledge of Netwrix solution, preferred.
* Knowledge of Solarwinds solution for monitoring, preferred.
* Knowledge in bash, batch, VBScript, Powershell and other scripting languages.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English
* Strong communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment with distributed team members.

* Capacity to analyze priorities in conflict.
* Ability to analyze and solve problems.
* Be able to build good relationships and foster teamwork.
