DCS Corp is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide full spectrum contracts, programmatic and budget support for Army Research & Development projects/programs funded through the Aviation & Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC).
Essential Job Functions:
Support the Army Aviation & Missile Center, AMTC Government lead in all program/contracting activities including but not limited to:
Support the processing and oversight of contractual action and phases of CCDC AvMC Science and Technology projects/programs.
Perform/supervise contract administration.
Resolve issues and/or problems associated with contract administration.
Support pre-award and closeout activities
Interact with other DOD agencies, Industry, and Academia.
Interact with AvMC Principle Investigators, Subject Matter Experts, Technology Area Leads, Capability Area Leads, and Senior level WDI management.
Develop documents such as policies, standard operating procedures, technical contract documentation, statements of work, etc.
Prepare briefing charts and excel spreadsheets for status reporting and performance tracking.
Review & evaluate Statements of Work, Data Assertion Lists, Technical Instructions / Task Orders, DD1423 (Contractor Deliverable Requirement List), Acquisition Packages, etc.
Manage contract deliverables and technical documentation.
Coordinate / support planning meetings and Industry interface events.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have an active, Secret-level, DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Technical discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
High level of proficiency in basic MS Office tools, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, used on Windows 10 computer operating systems.
Exceptional communication skills.
Previous experience with AMCOM/AvMC (formerly AMRDEC) or related Army organizations supporting technical programs.
Familiarity with Research and Development / Science and Technology background.
Familiarity with Army/DoD programming and/or contracting databases.
Familiarity with SharePoint.
