Job description
Ledgent Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a rapidly growing tech company in the Portland Metro market! We're looking for someone with keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, love helping others, energetic personality, and high aptitude to learn new technologies and process. 

You will work closely with clients; being the point of contact, being able to work with multiple client projects and coordinating work with external teams. You will also have a highly visible impact on establishing best practices and procedures for a company that cares about your success, opinions, and value to your clients and teams! This is a fantastic company with an awesome culture and benefits to help you actualize your short and long term career growth goals!

Qualifications
 
  • 3+ years experience in project management or account management work
  • A high technical aptitude is a must. We need people who know how websites work, inside and out
  • High levels of organization, and a detail oriented personality are a must
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to communicate well with non-technical clients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize issues
  • Loves building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to understanding of design and development workflows
  • Must always present yourself in a polished, professional manner
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
  • Working knowledge of Magento 2 is a plus
  • Experience with using project management and support ticketing systems such as Jira, or Zendesk is a big plus
  • Must have agency or e-commerce experience
  • May occasionally be requested to travel for work
