Service BDC Representative


Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Provo is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with great phone skills to fulfill the service call center position that is open. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an energetic individual with great customer service skills to join our team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules service appointments
  • Reschedule missed service appointments
  • Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
  • Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
  • Books appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
  • Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
  • Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
  • Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards
  • Attends pertinent training and stay current with the service department concerns and service techniques
  • Other duties as assigned
Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience a plus
  • Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
  • Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and manage customer database
  • Excellent follow through and follow up skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen prior to employment
