We have several openings in Costa Mesa, Santa Ana and Huntington Beach.
Do you have at least 6 months to 1 year recent work experience in an office setting?
Anwer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
Data Entry-inputting data
Great customer service skills.
Scanning and Filing
Word and Excel skills are required.
Hours Monday-Friday 8 am- 5pm ( Must be flexible to hours, sometimes that hours will range from 9am-5pm or 10am-5pm)
