Supports the design, development, implementation, and documentation for systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for electronic and cyber warfare systems.
Essential Job Functions:
Participate and assist in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PEO and subordinate agency level. Coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.
Provides independent support for the transformation of the Army and the fielding of digitized information infrastructures to the active and reserve components, including: analysis of user requirements, preparation of plans and associated documentation, conducting test and demonstration events, multi-organization coordination, performing risk assessments, and executing similar activities relevant to systems engineering and integration.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's and 15 years of total experience with 5 years experience with software development.
Current or recent Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing software development teams.
Minimum of 2 years in cyber or C4ISR systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Scaled Agile Framework).
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, BitBucket, Git, Nexus).
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Mercurial, Git).
Experience with Unix-based (to include Linux and Android) and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces.
Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with Powershell Installation scripting.
Experience working with web services.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a co-located and/or geographically dispersed cross-functional team.
Experience with electronic warfare, signal intelligence and/or cyber warfare systems.
Familiarity with US Army missions and major weapons systems.Experience with national Cybersecurity policies, IA standard security principles, standards and industry best practices.
Experience supporting DoDI 8510.01 (Risk Management Framework for DoD IT).
Experience in DoD assessment and authorization processes and procedures.
Familiarity with DoD major system acquisition processes.
