Superior is currently in need of Solutions Support Associate who will become certified to provide customer training and network implementation on a 'family' of office products for one of our clients. They will achieve customer satisfaction objectives by performing networking services and professionally delivering standardized training curriculum to the office product customers on an as needed basis. This is a part time position with hours varying from 0 to 40 on a weekly basis, great flexibility, as well as local travel (more than 50% of the time). Provide customer training on office copying/printing products using standardized lesson plans and curriculumSuccessfully configure scanning features, print drivers, etc... to customer’s networkAdapt training to meet customer's requirementsContact customers within 24 hours of receiving assignment to schedule trainingDocument and report all time and expenses related to the delivery of training on a weekly basis
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills / Qualifications:At minimum 1 year experience with Internet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel At minimum 1 year Teaching or Training Experience with interacting with others in small groups1 year experience with Networks and Network Protocols
