Job description
We are currently seeking an Sr. HR Manager to join our client in the electronics industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont.

The person in this role will need to be a highly analytical and strategic leader to support the business needs of the organization. The HR Manager will need to have strong experience supporting and fostering positive company culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7-10 year's progressive HR experience
  • 5 years of management experience
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience with advanced HR-related technology
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
