    As we continue to build out our Ecommerce team, we are searching for a Senior Manager that is responsible for the functional management and leadership of all sales related activities for assigned Nature’s Bounty brands/categories at Amazon.  This individual is expected to develop strategic plans to deliver increased revenue and profit for the Nature’s Bounty Company and the customer.  This position can be based in Ronkonkoma NY or Florham Park, NJ.

    Additional Responsibilities Include:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with Corporate goals
    • Develop and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) Goals with Amazon
    • Create strategies to drive Brands and Category growth for the Sports & Active Brands
    • Direct sales forecasting and projection activities for The Nature’s Bounty Co
    • Manage execution of everyday business in partnership with Amazon, Promotional planning, ASIN maintenance, and customer relationship
    • Deduction Management
    • Understand Amazons go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency while partnering with our agency to deliver sales growth
    • Maintain, foster, and grow existing and new relationships within Amazon at the DMM, Senior Buyer, Buyer   
    • Deliver target budget plan and new product distribution goals
    • Manage Trade budget and monitor spending efficiency that focus on a strong ROI
    • Monthly reporting, sales analytics and insights
    • Perform other duties as required

    Job requirements
    • Minimum 7 years National Account sales experience
    • Must have at least 5 years successful outside sales experience in the Grocery, Drug and/or Mass retail channels with a minimum of 5 years Ecommerce experience, amazon experience is preferable
    • Must have prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers
    • Knowledge regarding Project Management, and experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex, fast-moving environment
    • Knowledge regarding relationship management, experience and mindset to work with partners in building initiatives that deliver on goals
    • Prior category management processes and implementation experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
    • High level of organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
    • The ability to utilize creativity and push beyond the obvious, comfortable going into “unchartered” territory in setting out recommendations and goals
    • Problem solver with a solutions oriented mindset
    • Must be a dynamic leader who can push past obstacles and overcome objections 
    • Understand the value of listening to customers, gaining insights and moving objectives forward
    • Must be an articulate communicator who can quickly synthesize data
    • Ability to negotiate with business partners 
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
    • Travel expected for the job at least 50%
    • Overnight travel is required
