Job description
Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager for our client in the electronics industry. This position is located on-site in Fremont and can be temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

The Sr. Program Manager will instruct other program managers on assignments and will work on difficult assignments requiring making judgement with decisions and making recommendations. The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the overall Customer Satisfaction Index process for the customer to align with customer expectations.
  • Identify, define, document, and manage customer expectations.
  • Responsible for customer communication.
  • Responsible for sales order process as it relates to the customer change requirements.
  • Maintain and drive Action Item List.
  • Represent the customer focus team in management account reviews.
  • Schedule and lead cadence of activity with CFT and the customer.
  • Provide solutions to the customer.
  • Anticipate needs and respond proactively.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules.
  • Review Terms and Conditions.
  • Acts as leader among customer focus teams to ensure that time, risks, costs, quality and other project requirements are met.
  • Train and perform Quality Management Systems cross functional internal audits.
  • Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific family and or specific training plan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Detail oriented.
  • Proficient leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Must be a team player and highly motivated.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience in a Program Management role.
