Develop and execute key Incentive Compensation reporting and analytics tools used to incent the commercial sales force to drive sales performance and exceed strategic growth goals

Build and test Incentive Compensation components and payment tables within the Incentive Compensation tool

Develop and support ad hoc Incentive Compensation reporting and analysis

Develop and maintain monthly performance ranking reports used to determine final Commercial President’s Club winners 

Lead the incentive comp payment extraction from the incentive tool and submit Incentive Compensation approved payments to Corporate Payroll

Develop and support training and administrative functions required to maintain and enhance the Incentive Compensation tool; ensuring high level of understanding.

Responsibility Areas

Responsible for accurate and timely development and delivery of Commercial incentive compensation reports

Monthly/quarterly/yearly report validation, UAT and data analysis:  standard reporting used by the Commercial sales team to track compensation payments, account performance and Rankings for President’s club

Recommend criteria to be used for President’s club Ranking report, draft communication and validate all final report results that identify the winners of the program

Establish and follow efficient processes,, identifying issues and working with business partners to resolve:  includes  building  plan calculations and supporting payment reports

Contributes to incentive compensation training materials

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend options to implement

Extract, reconcile, support and archive all Commercial Incentive Compensation quarterly and annual payments:  Validate regional and corporate approvals have been received and submit payment files to Corporate Payroll
