Job description

We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Account Executive (SSAE) to lead sales efforts for large-volume strategic sales opportunities. SSAEs are key in driving growth, exploring and securing enterprise and large-volume accounts. The ideal candidate possesses the autonomy and discipline to generate leads, research prospects, cold call, network, and build long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.  



The SSAE will lead the drive for results, heading the charge to secure strategic accounts. On a typical day, you might:  

  • Research business clients to better understand their requirements, provide advice, and recommend the appropriate product or service, capitalizing on cross-sales opportunities 

  • Present and market to potential business clients with the support of the Roth Marketing team.  

  • Build account depth and stability through new customer acquisition as well as current customer retention 

  • Execute business initiatives in accordance with the directives from the Roth executive team 

  • Document sales activity weekly in Salesforce 

  • Act as a source of knowledge regarding Roth’s culture, features, benefits, strategic solutions, systems, and technologies 

  • Keep VPs informed of all aspects of business development efforts and outcomes 



We are looking for an experienced candidate who is self-motivated, results-driven, and approaches challenges with a “let’s do this” attitude 


Job requirements

Role Requirements:  

  • Natural alignment with the company’s culture and core values 
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in commercial staffing 
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college/university strongly preferred 
  • Professional and articulate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Proven success in a competitive sales environment 
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and Outlook email 
  • Public speaking experience and ability to create compelling presentations 
  • Valid U.S. state driver’s license
