We are currently looking for a HRSC Learning, Development and Communication Intern to support our various teams with a HRSC Portal Project. This position will sit in HRSC in Tampa, Florida. This is a Summer internship that may have potential to be extended due to business need and opportunity. We are targeting undergraduate applicants that are in their junior or senior.
Program Eligibility & Qualifications:
To be eligible to participate in the HRSC Learning, Development and Communication Internship Program, students must meet the following qualifications by the start date of the program:
Must be enrolled in a 4 year degree program (Communication, Marketing, IT, Instructional design, or Business, majors preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Work with hrsc Hiring Manager on specific projects.
Familiarity with employee-facing digital experiences (i.e., Collaboration Tools, Productivity Tools, Q&A and Survey Tools)
Must be able to prioritize and be organized and detailed.
Must be able to work in a fast paced forever changing environment.
Knowledge of SharePoint or similar platforms, preferred,
Strong aptitude for learning most technology platforms that have a user interface.
Continuous Learner - Deep drive to continuously learn.
Experience working in a fast-paced professional work environment.
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
Comfort working remotely.
