Reading Hospital is offering a Surgical Tech Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 for New Graduates and $10,000 for experienced Surg Techs (with at least 18 months of Surgical Tech work experience).
New Grad Bonus Payout Structure: $2,500 within first 30 days and $2,500 at both 6 months and 12 months.
Experienced Tech Bonus Payout Structure: $1,000 within first 30 days and $3,000 at 6, 12 and 18 months.

Assists surgical team during operative procedures. Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operations, and hands items as needed to the operative team. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the operating rooms. The Surgical Technician is responsible for the provision of surgical care to meet identified patient outcomes, and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Graduate of an approved school of surgical technology.
Demonstrates ability to work in demanding and stressful situations.
Certification a plus.
