Sabre Systems is hiring for a System Administrator to work in Patuxent River, MD supporting the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), Range Systems; System Administration Team. The selected candidate will have experience installing, configuring, harden, patching, maintaining, and troubleshooting, both physical and virtual workstations and servers. This individual must work in accordance with NAVAIR and DISA policy, and industry best practices. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Active Directory experience, including adding/removing computers from the domain, user account administration Group Policy creation administration and troubleshooting Server Virtualization experience, especially with VMWare VSphere/ESXi, including installation and configuration, snapshots and backup management Server/Workstation imaging experience, Acronis/Ghost/Clonezilla etc. Windows Server/Desktop Operating system installation and configuration, including locating and installing correct drivers PC/Server hardware installation/configuration/troubleshooting experience Citrix XenDesktop experience is a plus, experience with application provisioning, desktop delivery, and access gateway configuration and support DISA STIG/STIG viewer/STIG Checklist (excel spreadsheet) experience is a plus Tenable Security Center & Nessus (ACAS) experience is a plus McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator experience is a plus RedHat Enterprise Linux experience is a plus Understanding of networking concepts, packet switching, routing, VLANS, etc is a plusQualifications Bachelor's Degree is desired A minimum of five (5) years practical technical Windows system administration experience Participation in the development, implementation, and adherence to Technical Services documentation, system standards, policies and procedures Experience with Windows Workstation and Server Operating Systems Security Compliance Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods Provide Flight Support Must possess DoD 8570.1 IAT level I Security+ Certification or obtain one within 60 days of start date The ability to obtain a Windows OS Certification with in the first 180 days The ability to work independently, as well as working within a team Mentor and be mentored by the team Travel is require, less than 25% Work late nights, and weekends is a must, with the understanding that these will be intermittent Good oral and written communication skills Candidates must have a current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
