Essential Job Functions:
Maintain a detailed log of all repair actions taken.
Provide optimal support of the flight test schedule utilizing the available FLIR assets.
Setup and maintain support equipment and EOIR assets as necessary for integrated Pod operation and for HWIL support to the MC labs.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions.
High school diploma plus seven 7 years of experience or an Associate degree/Trade school vocational degree plus 5 years of experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Avionics technician capable of troubleshooting basic electronics circuits and systems.
Knowledge of 4790.26 instructions and maintenance procedures.
Support Lab testing, Ground testing, and preflight testing as required to support schedules.
Well versed in the use of Microsoft office tools in support of required documentation and report generation.
Prior military experience will include knowledge and understanding of technical manuals.
NALCOMIS/OOMA Data Base and METCAL program.
Tool control program, ESD procedures, and general shop/work center duties.
