This role will provide support to the iCIMS Administrator in the areas of user training, projects, troubleshooting user access issues, table maintenance, writing and updating SOPs, running reports, and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the iCIMS System Administrator.
This position is a full time temporary position.
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
Experience training others on computer applications (one-on-one and in a classroom setting)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high sense of urgency environment
Ability to establish priorities
Experience troubleshooting user issues
Demonstrated evidence of intellectual curiosity to independently learn more about the systems they are supporting
Must feel comfortable with public speaking
Must be detail oriented, patient, and organized
Customer service oriented
