Job description
Global Medical Device company in Irvine, CA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a full time temporary to hire position paying $23-25/hr. 

- Create, and post requisitions in ATS (e.g Taleo)
- Execute the offer, preemployment (e.g background check and drug screen processes) and onboarding processes, including I-9 and E-verify compliance, for new hires and close requisitions in ATS
- May be responsible for several of the following:
- Export and format recruitment surveys results into spreadsheet
- Complete search firm agreement template and obtain appropriate signatures
- Generate report from ATS and create pivot tables and charts for predefined recruitment metrics and update into PowerPoint
- Generate multiple weekly requisition reports from ATS into spreadsheet and distribute to respective recipients
- Generate monthly internal billing report, research and confirm chargebacks
- Schedule university relations event logistics, including catering requests, making travel arrangements, scheduling internal meetings and interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing on-campus giveaway bags and recruitment materials, etc
- Update external and internal websites as needed
- Provide support to EEO compliance efforts including monthly reports, monthly audits, outreach activities, etc
- Provide support in ATS administration including responding to tier 1 incidents
- Process and track invoices/POs
- Post requisitions on external job postings
- Monitor and replenish inventory of giveaways

Job requirements
• 2 years of previous related Human Resources experience required
• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite, HRIS system (e.g PeopleSoft)
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements in Human Resources
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Must be able to work in a team environment under minimum supervision where contacts are across the organization, and may include external contacts
• Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
