The Talent Acquisition Intern is focused around supporting our Talent Acquisition teams across Executive, Medical and Corp. Functions and this intern will support a variety of broad based projects for the function. This position is currently remote due to COVID-19, however, it is our intention to safely return to our Secaucus, NJ headquarters in the future. At this time, this role will require 3 days in Secaucus, NJ. We are considering undergraduate applicants that are either in or entering their senior year.
This is a great opportunity to work within a Fortune 500 Talent Acquisition function, gaining industry knowledge in addition to developing business acumen in the HR discipline.
The ideal candidate will:
-Possess an interest and/or applied work experience in HR, TA, Legal, and/or related Operational Management functions.
Have a general interest supporting a Talent Acquisition function as a learning opportunity.
-Partner with HR teams and Leaders to drive efficient onboarding, hiring and associated processes’.
-Have an interest in learning about HR data and analytics.
