We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to help identify, recruit, and onboard viable candidates for our clients. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in others’ lives and who approaches challenges with a “let’s do this” attitude.
What the job looks like:
The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the life cycle of work orders, including the intake, selection, and placement processes. On a typical day, you might:

Work with clients to develop a job profile and recruiting strategy

Manage the job postings, social media activity, and branding for an open position

Source and screen candidates through resume boards like CareerBuilder and LinkedIn

Conduct phone screening, skill evaluations, and interviews (in-person or via live stream)

Verify eligibility of candidates through E-verify or manual I9 document

Facilitate negotiations between a candidate and a hiring manager

Generate pre- and post-hire documentation

Develop orientation materials and conduct onboarding for hired candidates

Track progress using internal systems as well as any applicable third-party systems (ATS, VMS, etc.)
