Staffing Companies, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the United States, is currently looking for a Talent Engagement Manager to join our dynamic corporate headquarters team in Orange, CA.

In this multi-faceted role, the Talent Engagement Manager provides internal recruitment support for both our field sales and corporate departments. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Engagement this role will source, screen, interview, and manage the requisition process for internal hiring.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:

§ Actively source, recruit, and present qualified applicants for open positions within Roth Staffing. This includes cold calling candidates as well as utilizing the job boards to locate Roth Staffing internal talent.

§ Data entry to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and consistent tracking of candidates from open to close of the requisition.

§ Generate and maintain recruiting activity reports and communicate these reports to management on monthly or weekly basis.

§ Assist in the recruitment process, which includes screening candidates, prospecting for names and other essential functions. This will involve cold calling on potential prospects.

§ Engage in special projects as assigned by the Director, Talent Engagement as it relates to the new hire, on boarding, AAP annual reporting preparation, and orientation of employees.

§ Timely feedback on all correspondence to all inquiries related to recruitment and onboarding.

§ Teach and guide field and corporate hiring managers on the automated onboarding process for new hires. This may include ensuring all proper approvals are received prior to an offer going out.

§ Assist the field offices with reference checking, as necessary.

§ General administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Director of Talent Engagement or another Senior Leader.

Job requirements

§  Bachelor’s degree in related field, strongly preferred.

§  Staffing industry experience preferred.

§  2+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment.

§  Background in customer service or retail.

§  Excellent planning and organizational skills.

§  Experience with sourcing candidates via direct (cold calling), online and networking channels.

§  Negotiate and persuade while enhancing business relationships.

§  Effective oral and written communication skills.

§  Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Excel.

§  Confidence in ability to multi-task, follow up, and complete task while meeting various deadlines.

§  Strong attention to detail and exquisite follow through.

§  The ability to work well in a team environment.

§  Committed to providing excellent customer service.
