Resolution based technical support role. In this role the incumbent would be providing technical support to internal users and implementing technical projects throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of corporate IT experience.
Technical Proficiencies Required:
Microsoft office suite
VOIP phone systems
Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Qualified candidates will have expereince in:
Service Desk Support
ManageEngine or similar ticketing systems
Active Directory Administration
