Job description

Tools & Process Engineer - User Adoption & Training, Warren, MI, General Motors. Provide 1st/2nd level support to resolve user issues, optimize &deploy IBM Rational DOORS, DOORS NextGen (DNG), RTC/ Rhapsody/Synergy &BigLever GEARS reqmts SW tools, used by Electrical Control Sys &Syss Engrg Depts, through all phases of App Lifecycle Management (ALM) incldg setting of engrg reqmts, to reqmts changes, versions control, storage, testing & production of test results of conventional, electric &autonomous psgr vehicles. Coordinate &migrate feature, sys/subsystem, electrical architecture reqmts in DOORS to DOORS Next (formerly DNG), using creation of customized scripts &standard IBM recommended importing method Requirement Interchange Format. Collaborate with Reqmt Engrs &Feature Partitioning & Allocation design team, to organize &model calibration of signals &diagnostic trouble codes using Rhapsody. Report &request new Engrg Lifecycle Management java-based application widgets to enhance usage & perform standard practice in organization. Bachelor, Computer Science, Computer Engrg, Electrical Engrg, or related. 60 mos exp as Computer Sys Analyst, IT Analyst, Engineer, Developer, or related, providing 1st/2nd level support to resolve user issues, & deploying DOORS, Rhapsody & Synergy tools through phases of ALM incldg setting of engrg reqmts, or related.
