Transactional Legal Secretary

Los Angeles firm seeks talented Transactional Legal Secretary to support partners & associates. Legal Secretary will be responsible for revising and assisting partners with legal documents as well as transcribing.

Successful candidates for the Transactional Legal Secretary role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude.  Someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and is able to prioritize would be a good fit for this role. Job Requirements

Additional requirements of the Transactional Legal Secretary role include:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years of secretarial experience in legal field
Notary preferred


•         Experience with billing programs and Accelerator preferred

Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
