Well known local firm is seeking a full-time Trusts and Estates Paralegal. Ideal candidate to have 3+ years experience. A paralegal certificate is required. The candidate should be organized, have excellent computer skills and a math aptitude, be detail oriented, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Duties: Preparation of estate and gift tax returns, accountings, and legal notices; communication with clients, gather information to prepare trust administration documents; prepare trust administration documents, such as trust certifications, allocation of assets and all documents related to asset transfers to beneficiaries.
This is a full time position, it is a hybrid of remote and in-office work for a full 8 hours. The ideal candidate will be both people and detail oriented, they will work well with others but can also be set on a task and work with little direction.
