Intrado Digital Media is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Webcast Producer. The Webcast Producer will manage client projects while utilizing Intrado’s platform solutions and EaaS (Events as a Service) model to provide end-to end event experience for our customers, while serving as a liaison between customers and internal resources.

We provide an entire suite of services such as webcasting, online events, press release distribution, audio, video & web conferencing, media monitoring, OTT, corporate websites and investor relations.
•Maintains project plans to be used in tracking project milestones and deliverables weekly for ongoing projects.
•Works with management and senior members of the team on escalations, client issues and event contingencies
•Performs webcast configuration, testing and delivery
•Organizes, prepares and uploads event content (text, images, audio, video, etc.)
•Assists in the live production of webcasts, recordings and broadcastings
•Ensures the quality of the event is up to the client’s standards and provides frontline support across multiple events
•Establishes an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and continuously strives to improve the level of overall service the company is providing
•Participates in client meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations on how to eliminate future issues
