Job Description:

The Leidos program is in need of a Senior Windows Systems Administrator for our Vulnerability Mitigation team.  Applicant should have experience examining Nessus finding reports, applying GPO’s, Microsoft WSUS and third party application patching, and should be able to perform Windows Server 2016/Windows 10 systems administration functions. Daily duties include O&M of virtual environments, patching, updating anti-virus and resolving security vulnerabilities. Should also be able to review peers' designs and ensure solution is sound. Must be able to work in a large team environment and collaborate when needed 


The Senior Windows Systems Administrator on the Origin VMT performs the following duties: 
    • Analysis of security posture of all of customer systems and remediate findings 
    • Document resolutions to common problems for peers to consult when needed 

Basic Qualifications: 
    • BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
    • 5 years of experience in Windows System Administration 
    • Must understand virtual server technologies 

• You will be required to pass both a customer required and administered medical and physiological screening, as a condition of employment. 

Preferred Qualifications:
    • VMWare VCenter expertise 
    • Tenable Nessus experience

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly
